Peanut M&M Blondies
Dense, chewy blondies made with brown sugar and melted butter, loaded with peanut M&M'S. A recipe from the M&M'S bag, with the batter doubled for a large pan.

Ingredients
Type a number or fraction (for example 0.5, 2 or 1/2) and the amounts recalculate.
- 2 cupsall-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoonbaking powder
- 1/4 teaspoonbaking soda
- 1 teaspoonsalt
- 2/3 cupbuttermelted
- 2 cupsbrown sugarpacked
- 2eggsbeaten
- 2 tablespoonsvanilla extract
- 10 ouncesM&M'S Peanut1 bag (280 g)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Line a 9x13 inch pan with parchment paper and lightly grease it.
- Sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
- Melt the butter on the stove or microwave; once melted, mix it with the brown sugar.
- Mix together the eggs, vanilla and the brown sugar mixture.
- Slowly add the flour mixture and mix until well combined.
- Fold in the M&M'S and then press the batter into the pan.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Enjoy!
