Antioquian Natilla
Traditional Antioquian natilla made with a ready mix, panela and cinnamon, dusted with ground cinnamon.

Ingredients
Type a number or fraction (for example 0.5, 2 or 1/2) and the amounts recalculate.
- 1 cupMaizena-brand natilla mix
- 1/8 poundadditional panela
- 5 cupsmilk
- 2cinnamon sticks
- ground cinnamonfor dusting
Instructions
- Dissolve the mix (cornstarch) in half of the cold milk.
- Heat the other half with the panela and the cinnamon sticks.
- Combine both, stirring constantly so it does not stick.
- When the bottom of the pot becomes visible, remove from the heat and pour into a mold.
- When perfectly cool, unmold and dust with ground cinnamon.
