Sofía Díaz Cake
A simple, fluffy margarine cake scented with orange juice. Delicious!
Ingredients
Type a number or fraction (for example 0.5, 2 or 1/2) and the amounts recalculate.
- 1/4 poundmargarine (La Fina)
- 3eggs
- 9 tablespoonsflourheaping tablespoons
- 9 tablespoonssugar
- 4 1/2 teaspoonsbaking powder (Royal)
- 1orange juicethe juice of one orange
Instructions
- Cream the butter (margarine) and the sugar.
- Add the eggs.
- Then add the sifted flour and the baking powder.
- Add the juice of one orange.
