Waffles
Fluffy waffles made with whipped egg whites for a light, crisp texture.

Ingredients
Type a number or fraction (for example 0.5, 2 or 1/2) and the amounts recalculate.
- 1 1/2 cupsmilk375 cc
- 2eggs
- 2 cupssifted flour240 grams
- 1/2 cupsugar
- 1/3 cupmelted butter6 tablespoons
- 3 teaspoonsbaking powder
- 1/2 teaspoonsalt
Instructions
- Mix the yolks, sugar, butter and milk.
- Add the dry ingredients.
- Fold in the whipped egg whites.
