Spinach Rice
A green rice cooked in blended spinach, with crispy bacon and raisins, garnished with bacon strips.

Ingredients
Type a number or fraction (for example 0.5, 2 or 1/2) and the amounts recalculate.
- 1bunch of spinach
- 2 cupsrice
- 4 cupswater
- 1/2 poundbacon
- 1box of raisins
- 2 tablespoonssaltlevel tablespoons
Instructions
- Blend the spinach in the 4 cups of water.
- Fry the bacon, remove it from the heat and set it aside.
- Cook the rice in the blended spinach and with the fat the bacon released.
- When the rice starts forming holes, add the bacon and raisins. Cover and let it finish drying.
- Serve hot and garnish with bacon strips.
