Arabic Rice
Aromatic rice with cinnamon, curry and cumin, finished with lemon and toasted almonds.

Ingredients
Type a number or fraction (for example 0.5, 2 or 1/2) and the amounts recalculate.
- 2 1/2measures of rice
- 5measures of waterusing the same measure
- 1 tablespooncinnamon
- 1 teaspooncurry
- 1/2 teaspooncumin
- 1 teaspoonsalt
- 1 pinchextra salt
- oila drizzle
- 1/2lemonthe juice
- toasted almondsa handful
Instructions
- Heat the water with all the ingredients except the rice.
- When it boils, add the rice and the lemon juice.
- Let the rice cooker cook and, when it switches to "warm", unplug it.
- Add the toasted almonds and a little butter.
Notes and variations
- Optional: add shredded chicken.
