Beef with Broccoli
Thin slices of tenderloin marinated in soy sauce, sherry and ginger, stir-fried in a wok with broccoli.

Ingredients
Type a number or fraction (for example 0.5, 2 or 1/2) and the amounts recalculate.
- 1 poundbeef tenderloin
- 6 tablespoonssoy sauce
- 2 tablespoonscornstarch
- 2 tablespoonssherry
- 2 tablespoonssugar
- 8 ouncesbroccoli
- gingera little
- 6 tablespoonsoil
- salt and pepperto taste
Instructions
- Cut the beef into very thin slices and marinate it with soy sauce, cornstarch, sherry and sugar.
- Cut the broccoli.
- In the wok place 2 tablespoons of oil, sauté the broccoli for 2 minutes and remove it from the heat.
- Add more oil and sauté the beef for 2 minutes.
- Add the broccoli and mix.
