Chicken Breast Rolls
Seasoned chicken breasts rolled with yellow cheese and bacon, baked in a creamy sauce of cream and soup.

Ingredients
Type a number or fraction (for example 0.5, 2 or 1/2) and the amounts recalculate.
- 4chicken breastseach one yields 2 pieces
- 1/2 poundyellow cheese in thin slices
- 1 poundbacon
- 0.5 lcream
- 1asparagus, mushroom or onion soup
- pepper, salt, onion, garlic and parsleyfor seasoning, to taste
- oil and butter for fryingas needed
Instructions
- Debone the breasts; each one yields 2 pieces. Pound them well and season with pepper, salt, onion, garlic and parsley.
- The next day form the rolls: lay out the breast, place the cheese slice and roll it up. Lay the bacon over the top and secure with toothpicks.
- Fry the rolls in oil and butter. Once browned, remove the toothpicks and place them in an ovenproof dish.
- Cover with the chosen soup mixed with the cream. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 400° for one hour.
- Uncover a while before bringing it to the table.
Notes and variations
- You can add sautéed asparagus, mushrooms or onion slices.
