Ingredients

Type a number or fraction (for example 0.5, 2 or 1/2) and the amounts recalculate.

  • 2large potatoes (or 4 small ones)unpeeled and baked
  • 100 gsmall mushroomschopped
  • 25 gbutter
  • 100 ggrated Cheddar cheese
  • saltto taste
  • freshly ground black pepperto taste

Instructions

  1. Cut the potatoes in half and scoop them out, placing the flesh in a bowl.
  2. Fry the mushrooms in the butter until soft.
  3. Mix the mushrooms with the potato flesh and 50 g of the cheese, with plenty of salt and pepper.
  4. Stuff the potatoes, sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top and gratinate in the oven.

Notes and variations

  • Variation: add 50 g of chopped ham and reduce the mushrooms to 50 g.
