Chinese Fried Rice
Cooked rice stir-fried with egg, soy sauce, peas and green onion, with a touch of sesame oil.

Ingredients
Type a number or fraction (for example 0.5, 2 or 1/2) and the amounts recalculate.
- 1 poundcooked rice
- 3 tablespoonsoil
- 1beaten egg
- 1 teaspoonsoy sauce
- 1/2 cuppeas
- sesame oilto taste
- salt and pepperto taste
- 2green onions, sliced
Instructions
- Fry the egg spread out with the soy sauce.
- Add the cooked rice and the peas and let them mix with the egg. Cook.
- Add more oil, salt and pepper, and the onion almost raw.
- If desired, add ham.
