Manjar Blanco
Creamy manjar blanco made with milk, rice flour and sugar, scented with cinnamon.

Ingredients
Type a number or fraction (for example 0.5, 2 or 1/2) and the amounts recalculate.
- 4 lmilk
- 2 cupsrice flour
- 3 cupssugar
- 2cinnamon sticks
- ground cinnamonfor dusting
Instructions
- Dissolve the rice flour in ½ liter of milk.
- Boil the rest of the milk with the sugar and the cinnamon sticks.
- Add the flour and milk mixture.
- Stir constantly until it thickens slightly.
- Pour into several containers and sprinkle with ground cinnamon.
