Miguelete (Curdled-Milk Sweet)
Homemade sweet of curdled milk cooked with panela and cinnamon until thickened.
Ingredients
Type a number or fraction (for example 0.5, 2 or 1/2) and the amounts recalculate.
- 4 lcurdled milk
- 1/4 poundpanela
- 1 teaspoonbaking soda
- 1small cinnamon stick
Instructions
- Boil all the ingredients in a pot with 2 knives in the bottom.
- As soon as it begins to thicken, remove the knives and stir constantly until the bottom of the pot becomes visible.
