Prune Sauce
A sweet sauce of prunes cooked in wine, thickened with cornstarch and cream, ideal for serving over desserts.

Ingredients
Type a number or fraction (for example 0.5, 2 or 1/2) and the amounts recalculate.

- winea little
- 1 tablespooncornstarch
- 1 tablespooncream
Instructions
- Put the prunes over the heat with a little wine.
- Take them off the heat and remove the pits (seeds).
- Return to the heat with the cornstarch dissolved in wine or water and the tablespoon of cream.
- Pour hot over the dessert.
