Tzatziki Sauce
A fresh Greek yogurt and cucumber sauce with lemon, dill and garlic, perfect as a dip.

Ingredients
Type a number or fraction (for example 0.5, 2 or 1/2) and the amounts recalculate.
- 1cucumber
- 400 gGreek yogurtdrained overnight in a colander
- 1 1/4 cupssour cream
- 3 tablespoonslemon juice
- 1 tablespoonwhite wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoonchopped dried dill
- 1 pinchchopped garlic
- 3 teaspoonssalt
- 1/8 teaspoonpepper
Instructions
- Cut the cucumber lengthwise, remove the seeds and grate it.
- Place the grated cucumber on paper towels and squeeze out well.
- Mix the remaining ingredients and stir well.
